Abstract
The article is devoted to current technologies of psychodiagnostics in the practice of personnelmanagement of the organization.The purpose of the study: to identify the features and problems of the methodology and practice of applyingpsychodiagnostics in personnel management of Russian organizations. Research methods: analysis, synthesis.The article reveals the main problems and determines the ways of development of psychodiagnostics technologiesin Russian organizations. The essence of psychodiagnostics, its main methods and possibilities of application in HRpractice are considered. Ways to solve the problem of non-use of psychodiagnostics are proposed, including raising awareness of managers about its advantages, integrating psychodiagnostic procedures into HR processes, as wellas training HR specialists in psychodiagnostics skills.The experience of introducing psychodiagnostics in a company was studied, where its use made it possibleto increase the efficiency of personnel selection and development. It was concluded that psychodiagnostics is avaluable and underestimated tool of modern personnel management, the use of which can bring significant benefitsto organizations.
