Abstract
The article is devoted to modern features and problems of using coaching technology in the practiceof managing human resources of organizations.The purpose of the study: to identify modern characteristics and trends of human resource management usingcoaching.The authors review various points of view on the concept of “coaching,” identify the need for a transition to aclosed-loop economy and analyze the experience of its application in organizations of the Altai Territory.The article reveals the existing problems, the prospects for the introduction of circular production in the AltaiTerritory from the point of view of personnel management and contains recommendations for the successfulimplementation of the concept of sustainable development of the organization.
