Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of digitalization of HR process management in a modern organizationbased on Bitrix24.The main purpose of the study is to identify the main directions and ways of digitalizing HR process managementin an organization, especially such a digitalization tool as Bitrix24.The article systematizes the results of a study of HR digitalization issues over the past two decades. Based onthe research of scientific literature and domestic practices, the key directions of HR digitalization development,factors of its implementation and development prospects are noted. Among these areas of HR digitalization are:digitalization of human capabilities, digitalization of work and digitalization of HR processes. The factors influencingthe implementation and use of HR technologies were divided into three main groups, namely: organizational,technical and human. In conclusion, the areas of further development are identified: social components, technicalaspects, as well as results.
