Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities and problems of the quality of working life of employees ofsewing organizations. The purpose of the study is to identify the significance and relevant substantive characteristics of the quality of working life in an organization, and to determine the prospects for its development. The author analyzes the factors, clarifies the concept and indicators that determine the quality of working life. An assessment of the quality of working life in sewing organizations of the Altai Territory has been carried out. According to the results of the research, the specifics and problems of the quality of working life in the industry have been revealed and the directions and ways of its improvement have been identified.
