DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED HOLDING-TYPE STRUCTURES IN POULTRY FARMING IN THE ALTAI TERRITORY

Abstract
Trends in financial indicators of poultry enterprises in the Altai territory have been identified. The main integrator enterprises in the poultry industry of the Altai territory are identified. The significance of the Altai broiler joint-stock company in the industry indicators of poultry farming in the region, as well as in the indicators of the Cherkizovo group of companies, was revealed. The financial condition of the Altai broiler joint stock company for the period 2013–2018 was significantly better than the average for all enterprises in the industry (median value). The incorporation of the joint-stock company into Cherkizovo led to an increase in capital investment, which reached 40 percent of the total investment in poultry enterprises in the Altai territory.
