Abstract

The successful solution of economic, social and political problems in any state largely depends on the regulation ofwages. The article is devoted to the problems of the remuneration system in the health care sector and the directionsof its improvement on the basis of a comprehensive study of the peculiarities of remuneration of medical workersin medical institutions. The research results are considered on the example of the South Siberian macroregion andthe Novosibirsk region.
