Abstract

The problem of social adaptation of orphans in the context of a transforming society, as an independent scientific problem, is considered mostly fragmentary, which does not give a holistic and systematic view for developing ways to solve it within the framework of the social policy of the state and actualizing the efforts of civil society. It is timely to study the resources of public non-profit organizations in the field of social adaptation of orphans and children left without parental care.
