CREATING A POSITIVE IMAGE OF RUSSIA IN A MULTICULTURAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

Conflict-free interethnic interaction is an important task of the modern international educational space. The formation of a positive image of Russia in the minds of foreign students, the establishment of international contacts contributes to the involvement of students in socially significant activities filled with historical and patriotic content. Russian universities play a leading role in developing the interest of foreign students in the Russian language, traditions, customs of the Russian people, the history of Russia, and events taking place at the present time. This work is carried out by forming a tolerant attitude to Russia through its culture; familiarizing students with state symbols and the modern structure of the Russian Federation and other activities described in this article.
