Assessment of the Main Socially Significant Factors Contributing to the Spread of Drug Addiction Among Young People (Based on the Results of an Annual Monitoring Sociological Study 2024 in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Abstract
The article shows the possibilities of conducting a sociological examination of the drug situation among the youth of a particular region, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, based on the results of annual monitoring. The purpose of the study of the problem outlined in this article is to analyze individual socially significant factors of drug addiction among young people, which actualize the spread of drug addiction under unfavorable conditions. Empirical data were obtained during sociological surveys of the population, the procedure of which is regulated by regulatory documents. At the same time, indicators of groups of factors are highlighted and described, such as: "Awareness of one's own success", "The most acute problems that need to be solved first", "The opportunity to spend interesting free time", "The causes of the spread of drug addiction in recent years", "Effective measures to combat drug addiction and to achieve the effectiveness of anti-drug policy","The reasons leading to the first experience of using narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances", etc. The analysis of the indicators, based on the selected indicators, makes it possible to assess the state of drug safety among young people within socially significant parameters. Based on the use of general scientific methods: analysis, generalization, synthesis, the results of surveys of respondents aged 14-35 years old, who make up various age groups of young people, are described, which made it possible to implement individual elements of factor and correlation analyses when evaluating indicators. Despite the fact that the article uses the research results obtained from a survey conducted in 2024 and using a proven methodology, they are relevant for building an anti-drug policy in the region and are in demand by the anti-drug commission of the region. In conclusion, the article outlines some recommendations that contribute to the normalization of the drug situation among young people, relevant to the period under review and building an anti-drug policy in the region in the areas of prevention, counteraction, rehabilitation and resocialization.
