Abstract

Recently, the international situation has undergone major changes, and the topic of international development is facing serious challenges. China is a staunch defender of peace and encourages all efforts to peacefully resolve the crisis. At first glance, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine was caused by the conflict between the East and West of Ukraine. At the deepest level, this was caused by NATO's eastward expansion, the conflict of interests of the major powers with Russia in global geography. More importantly, some old international ties are being destroyed and new ones are being formed.Since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the sanctions imposed by Western countries against Russia have significantly affected all spheres of life in Russia. At the same time, new opportunities are emerging for the development of Sino-Russian relations. This article will discuss new opportunities for Sino-Russian economic cooperation in the face of sanctions in trade, finance and other markets.
