PROBLEMS OF THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION. ANALYSIS OF THE LEGISLATION ON COUNTERACTION AGAINST CORRUPTION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The Russian Federation is a powerful developing country whose goals are aimed at achieving a social democratic state with a stable economy. Russia creates all the necessary conditions for the realization of creative, scientific and technical potential. Achieving success in these areas will allow «to make a real breakthrough in improving the quality of life of people, in the modernization of the economy, infrastructure and public administration» corruption, which poisons the whole society, is Contrary to the development plans. All branches of government, commercial and public relations are affected by this phenomenon. Corruption in the Russian Federation is latent. There is an active struggle on the part of the state and society against it. One of the main sources of the fight against corruption is the Russian legislation. This article highlights the gaps in the anti-corruption legislation and proposals for their modernization for the productive prevention, combating and elimination of the consequences of corruption offenses.
