Abstract

The article is devoted to the topic of the development of women's activity. The purpose of this article is to analyze the role of state support for public organizations in strengthening the subjectivity of women. According to the results of the analysis of the data of the author's sociological surveys, it is concluded that the role of state support for public organizations in strengthening the subjectivity of women is characterized by ambiguity and inconsistency. On the one hand, state support contributes to the development of the activities of women's organizations, on the other, it is the emergence of new difficulties and the lack of sufficient assistance from the authorities that lead to the manifestation of conscious, creative activity and to the strengthening of the individual and collective subjectivity of Russian women. It was revealed that employees of the state and municipal administration offices make a number of mistakes and shortcomings in working with local public organizations formed by women. According to the results of the survey, the implementation of effective and constant communications and interactions is the weakest side in the work of representatives of public authorities. It is determined that the activity of women's organizations in cooperation with public authorities is in practical terms more appropriate and meaningful on the principle of "bottom up" than vice versa "bottom up". Among the important ways to strengthen their own subjectivity, representatives of public organizations attach the most importance to cooperation with authorities and expanding the resource base of their structures, and experts — expanding communications and network interactions.
