The zones of social risks and social danger in the context of urban segregation

Abstract
The issue of providing a comfortable, safe and progressive development of society in major cities is becoming increasingly relevant in connection with the sustainable development of such cities as places of intersection of citizens’ lives. To concentrate the economy, the city remains the most acceptable education in comparison with other types of spatial organization of the society, thanks to reduced distances, densely populated areas and constantly improving infrastructure. At present, in a number of cities, as a result of significant differences in social groups, the problem arises of the natural formation of urban segregations. The purpose of the scientific research is the need to study the phenomenon of segregation in the largest and largest cities. Depending on the nature of such factors, the main types of segregation are identified: national, economic and mixed.
The conclusion of the study is the data on the inevitable occurrence of hazards in the case of the formation of segregations. In the context of the current study, social risk is defined as a real or probabilistic danger that is formed and developed under the influence of social factors and affects negatively the lives of individuals, social groups and society as a whole.
The author’s graphic scheme of social risks of urban segregation has been developed. Particularly critical for the life of urban society is adopted a zone of special social danger, in which social risks are amplified in connection with the crossing of the territories of influence.
