INCLUSIVE TOURISM: THE STATE AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article examines the features, state and prospects for the development of inclusive tourism in the Russian Federation, and analyzes their demand. The key points and distinctive features of the development of this area in the tourism and hospitality industry are studied. The market for inclusive excursion tours in the Russian Federation is presented. A statistical analysis of the number of people with disabilities in Russia and the Altai territory is conducted, which showed the prospects for the development of inclusive tourism for residents of the Altai Territory, since most people with disabilities have the opportunity to participate independently in tourist trips. New accessible tourist services were proposed, aimed at adapting people with disabilities to the tourism sector, as well as forming a new target audience of consumers of these services.
