INNOVATION ACTIVITY IN ENTERPRISES SOCIAL-CULTURAL SERVICE AND TOURISM: CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS IN THE RUSSIAN REGION
Abstract
The study of innovation and its evaluation of quantitative and qualitative indicators based on statistical indicators and the method of expert assessments on the example of enterprises social-cultural service and tourism are presented. The results of the study of innovation and its elements, despite its specificity, allowed to assess positively the most innovative activity of enterprises, but there is a small connection (or lack of it) with the Higher Educational Establishments, State support of regional administration, as well as the lack of financial opportunities and long-term planning at enterprises. This gives the opportunity to make adjustments in the innovation activity of enterprises, especially as regards the integration activities: research, new information (knowledge) on mainstreaming the innovation activity of enterprises social-cultural service and tourism and future development.
