СПЕЦИФИКА СРЕДЫ КОМФОРТНОГО ПРЕБЫВАНИЯ ИНОСТРАННЫХ ТУРИСТОВ В СРЕДСТВАХ РАЗМЕЩЕНИЯ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ГОРОДА БАРНАУЛА)

Abstract

Every year the number of foreign tourists in the Altai region increases. Tourist and recreational clusters are developing; new hospitality enterprises are being built. However, a large number of accommodation facilities do nottake into account the specific features of the stay of foreign guests. Guests havecertain preferences in the type of food, equipment of the room, professional trainingof stuff, etc. In some regions of the country, the leading accommodation facilitiestry to meet the requirements of foreign guests and actively participate in such programs as Japan-Friendly, Halal Friendly, China Friendly. In the hotels of Barnaul,unfortunately, almost do not take into account the requirements of guests from foreign countries to the hotel industry, which inevitably leads to a decrease in thequality of service for these segments.
