Russian-Chinese relations in tourism now and prospects for their development

Abstract

This article examines Russian-Chinese relations in tourism, analyzes the current state ofChinese-Russian and Russian-Chinese tourism, highlights the main areas of outbound tourism fromChina, examines major projects implemented to strengthen Russian-Chinese relations, identifestheir importance for tourism development. An analysis of the main directions of strengtheningthe Russian-Chinese tourist cooperation is proposed, and the most promising measures have beenidentifed. The problem in question, while little is studied, therefore, requires more thorough research.Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the China Friendly project, whose goal isto ensure a comfortable stay of Chinese tourists in the Russian Federation, and also reflects theprospects in the feld of tourism in connection with the development of transport infrastructure.
