Abstract
The article examines the peculiarities of the normative aspects of preventingcriminological support for law enforcementactivities aimed at minimizing crime inthe context of a special military operation.The level of modern crime in Russia related toencroachments against the public securityof the Russian Federation, military service, aswell as against peace and human security.It notes that the quantitative characteristicsof norms prescribed in a number of introducedarticles of the Criminal Code of the RussianFederation are not fully captured in the formsof federal statistical observation.To identify the most pressing issues inimproving the prevention of law enforcementactivities, it proposes to consider the systemof criminal law, where the General part closelyinterconnected ands with Special part. As aresult of examining the provisions formulatedin the General Part and specified in the normsof the Special Part, an in-depth analysis of the systemic features of criminologicalsupport became possible. This support like theprocess of filling crime prevention activitieswith criminological information and developingpreventive managerial decisions (measures) thatare adequate to changing criminal situations. Itis shown that the creation of a regular systemfor collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and usinginformation in law enforcement practice, whichdetermines the ordering and optimization ofthis process, manifests itself in the fact that,being continuous and having a constant goal,it regularly adjusts its tasks and functions inaccordance with the dynamics of its application.The paper proposes asks for criminologicalsupport, the solution of which allows forsubstantiating the concept of "criminologicalsupport" taking into account the situationin which it uses this type of support.In connection with the fact that crimes of aterrorist nature acquire particular significancein the context of armed conflict, as they becomemeans of achieving political, economic, ethnic,religious, and other goals of influencing theconsciousness of Russian citizens, the taskhas been set to implement a new developingconcept based on the organization of closeinteraction between analysts (criminologists)and individuals making organizational andmanagerial decisions, possessing the necessaryskills and qualities. Based on a statistical studyof the elements of crimes that tend to increaseduring combat operations, paper proposes tasksfor improving the normative aspects of lawenforcement prevention activities.
