Ю.Ф. КИРЮШИН КАК ОРГАНИЗАТОР И ЛИДЕР БАРНАУЛЬСКОЙ НАУЧНОЙ АРХЕОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ШКОЛЫ
Аннотация
Профессор Ю.Ф. Кирюшин оказал большое влияние на развитие в Барнауле высшего образования в целом и археологических исследований в частности. Многогранная деятельность ученого, его томский опыт и поддержка со стороны руководства вуза привели к созданию в стенах Алтайского государственного университета (АлтГУ) конкурентоспособного коллектива археологов, признанного научной школой. Автором прослеживается эволюция научно[1]организационных форм деятельности археологов АлтГУ (хоздоговорная лаборатория — музей —кафедра) начиная с последней трети 1970‑х гг. Отмечается важная роль сотрудничества с Институтом археологии и этнографии СО РАН в деле дальнейшей интенсификации археологических исследований в АлтГУ. Характеризуются деловые качества Ю.Ф. Кирюшина как лидера научной школы, его стиль взаимодействия с учениками и коллегами. В статье приводятся неопубликованные архивные материалы, позволяющие пролить свет на отдельные вопросы становления барнаульской научной археологической школы.
