To ensure the requirements of blind review when submitting an article to a journal, authors need to remove personal data contained in the text of the file and its properties. To do this, follow these steps:

The text of the article should remove the names of the authors and the names of their place of work.
References to the works of authors in the list of references should be replaced by “Author, year”.
For Microsoft Word 2007

Click on the office button in the upper left corner of the application.
Select "Prepare" from the menu options.
Select "Properties."
Delete all information in the "Author" field and other fields where there is information about the authors.
Save the document.
For Microsoft Word 2010

On the File menu, select "Prepare for Sharing."
Click on the "Check on issues" icon.
Click on the "Check Document" icon.
Clear all checkboxes except "Document Properties and Personal Information."
Start the document inspector, if there are properties containing personal information, then in the appeared field click the "Delete all" button.
For Microsoft Word 2013

On the File menu, click "Details."
In the "Document Inspector" menu, click on the "Search for Problems" icon and select "Document Inspector".
Clear all checkboxes except "Document properties and personal data."
Click the "Check" button, if you find properties that contain personal information, then in the box that appears, click the "Delete All" button.
