Abstract

In the scientific article, the authors analyzed the concepts and considered approaches to the concept of «distance learning». The completed research devoted to the study of distance learning in the organization of retraining and advanced training of personnel in the service industry allowed us to note the relevance of the chosen topic. The modern system of additional education requires the search for new forms of training in professional retraining and advanced training programs.
