Abstract
In modern conditions, a sufficient level of quality is a guarantee of the competitiveness of the companyand its goods and services.When buying a product, the consumer pays attention not only to the product itself, but also to its packaging,on which he can read the terms of manufacture and storage, the composition of the product, information aboutthe manufacturer. The consumer's attitude towards the product and its packaging plays an important role in thepurchase decision-making process. Packaging not only protects the product, but also serves as an important meansof communication with the consumer. One of the common problems of modern organizations is the presence ofdefects that appear during the production and packaging of goods, which negatively affects the perception of productquality on the part of the consumer. The application of the project approach in improving quality managementprocesses provides the company not only with the opportunity to flexibly and adaptively solve emerging productquality problems, but also to carefully study them taking into account urgency, risks and available resources, whichis illustrated by the authors on a specific example.
