ANTIRADICAL ACTIVITY OF ETHANOLIC EXTRACTS OF MACROMYCETES WITH FOOD VALUE
Abstract
The antiradical activity of 19 basidiomycetes ethanolic extracts was studied in the reactions with cation-radical of 2,2¢-azinobis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline)-6-sulfonic acid and diphenylpicrylhydrazyl. The ethanolic extracts of saprotrophs Tr.equestre and V.digitaliformis and mycorrhizal simbiotrophs L. necator, B. edulis f.betulicola possess the highest antiradical activity in the reaction with ABTS+•. In the reaction with DPPH the highest antiradical activity was observed in ethanol extracts of simbiotrofs Rh. roseolus, B. edulis f. betulicola and saprotrophs X. badius, G. glutinosus.
