THE POSSIBILITIES OF INTRODUCING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE INTO THE HOTEL INDUSTRY

Abstract
This article discusses issues related to the research of the introduction of artificial intelligence technology in the hotel industry. Today, artificial intelligence is widely used in the field of hotel reservations and resource management, as it can analyze a large amount of data. The integration of artificial intelligence into the hotel industry increases the competitiveness of hotels. In hotels, the implementation will improve the service through chatbots and automation of climate control systems, optimize internal processes by predicting loads and automating cleaning, offer personalized services and offers to customers, attract a new audience through targeted advertising and innovative branding. The main risks include ensuring data privacy, cybersecurity, and the need to train staff in new technologies. The article also analyzes the problems of identifying risks and obstacles associated with the introduction of AI, assessing the economic benefits of using this technology.
