ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CREDIT PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION FOR REORGANIZED LEGAL ENTITIES BY A COMMERCIAL BANK

Abstract
The present study is aimed at creating a comprehensive author's methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of implementing a credit product aimed at reorganized legal entities in the practice of commercial banks. The relevance of the work is related to the shortage of specialized tools that allow a comprehensive assessment of the economic effectiveness of such products, taking into account the unique characteristics of enterprises that have undergone reorganization. Unlike the existing approaches, the author has developed a hybrid assessment methodology that combines the analysis of financial and economic metrics and qualitative parameters. The key element of the methodology is the calculation of an integral indicator that aggregates heterogeneous data into a single system of indicators. The practical significance of the study is confirmed by approbation using the example of VTB Bank (PJSC). The results of the study confirmed the hypothesis about the expediency of introducing a loan product for this category of borrowers. The proposed approach can be adapted for other credit institutions, which expands the scope of its application in banking risk management and strategic planning.
