SPA COMPLEX OF THE ALTAI REGION: SPECIFIC FEATURES AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

Abstract
The health resort complex of the Altai Territory is currently one of the promising and significant components of the socio-economic and tourist spheres of the region. The authors analyze the current state of development of the Altai Krai health resort industry and highlight the specifics of this service sector as it applies to the region. Particular attention is paid to infrastructure support, the implementation of modern medical technologies, and improving the quality of services provided. Attention is paid to the analysis of the key features of the region that determine the specifics of its health resort complex, including rich natural resources such as mineral waters, therapeutic mud, and a favorable climate. The article substantiates promising areas for the development of the health resort complex of the Altai Territory, related to the expansion of the range of services offered, as well as the attraction of investment and state support.
