Abstract
The analysis of the relative DNA content of samples of Selaginella borealis and Selaginella sanguinolenta from various regions was carried out. A high polymorphism in the relative DNA content was revealed, which is apparently related to differences in the main chromosome number between different populations. Also revealed one polyploid plant.
