Аннотация
Представлены результаты радиолокационных наблюдений за миграцией обыкновенного осоеда Pernis apivorus (Linnaeus, 1758) над территорией центрального Израиля. Результаты наших наблюдений позволяют высказать предположение, что стая мигрирующих осоедов выбирает маршрут и высоту миграции, для которых существуют оптимальные метеорологические условия в атмосфере, что позволяет птицам затрачивать минимум энергии. Данные условия проявляются под действием конвективных струй, которые формируются под влиянием берегового бриза и горно-долинного циркуляционного процесса.
