ХИМИЧЕСКИЙ СОСТАВ И БИОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ АКТИВНОСТЬ МЕТАБОЛИТОВ MELILOTUS OFFICINALIS

Аннотация
В обзоре обобщены сведения научной литературы, касающиеся химического состава, степени изученности и биологической активности метаболитов и экстрактов Melilotus officinalis (L.) Pall. (донник лекарственный). Донник лекарственный в народной медицине применяется при стенокардии, тромбозе коронарных сосудов, тромбофлебите, для профилактики инфарктов, ишемических инсультов. Широкий спектр фармакологической активности M. оfficinalis обусловлен содержанием комплекса биологически активных веществ. Анализ данных литературы о химическом составе метаболитов M. officinalis свидетельствует о его разнообразии. Представлена информация о составе метаболитов донника лекарственного, относящихся к терпеноидам, кумаринам, гидроксибензойным кислотам, производным коричной и дигидрокоричной кислоты, флавоноидам и изофлавоноидам, липидам, углеводам, каротиноидам, тритерпеноидам, сапонинам, фитостеринам, аминокислотам, витаминам, карбоновым кислотам и другим классам природных биологически активных соединений. Результаты изучения фармакологической активности экстракционных препаратов и некоторых индивидуальных соединений M. officinalis показывают перспективность их дальнейшего изучения по ряду направлений, а также использования для создания на их основе лекарственных средств и парафармацевтических продуктов. Целью и задачей настоящей статьи является обобщение и систематизация многочисленных литературных сведений о вторичных метаболитах и биологической активности экстрактов и индивидуальных соединений, выделенных из M. officinalis. Приведенные в обзоре сведения могут быть использованы в качестве справочной литературы фитохимиками, биологами и фармакологами.
