PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE INTERREGIONAL NETWORK RESOURCE CENTER FOR TRAINING PERSONNEL FOR THE TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY OF ALTAI STATE UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The article reveals the key issues of the creation and functioning of the Interregional Network Resource Center for training personnel for the tourism and hospitality industry on the basis of Altai State University. The ongoing changes in the tourism industry in the country as a whole and in the Altai Territory in particular place increasingly high demands on personnel training in this industry. The creation of the Center is aimed at establishing cooperation between educational institutions, tourism, recreation, hospitality enterprises and government authorities in training personnel, studying personnel needs, scientific activities, etc. The results obtained for the first year of the Center's activity are presented. The main activities of the center for the training of tourist personnel of the Altai Territory are revealed.
