INFLUENCE OF A NEW BIOSTIMULANT ON THE DYNAMICS OF CHANGES IN THE CONTENT OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN THE LEAVES OF NETTLE

Abstract
This paper presents the results of an experimental assessment of the effect of the biodegradation product of paracetamol on the dynamics of changes in the content of biologically active substances in the leaves of dioecious nettle (Urtica dioica L.) using kinetic modeling. The experiments were laid in the Perm Region (2023) in accordance with the Guidelines for conducting registration tests of growth Regulators (2016). Dynamic determination of the BAS content was carried out by titrimetric and spectrophotometric methods. The dynamics of changes in the content of BAS was modeled by a kinetic equation of zero order. It was found that the growth rate of the BAS content in the leaves of dioecious nettle, as well as the amount of organic acids and tannins formed when using the biodegradation product of paracetamol, is 1.11 and 1.29 times higher than in experiments with the growth stimulant Zircon, respectively. It has been shown that the biodegradation product of paracetamol exhibits pronounced properties of an inducer of BAS accumulation in the leaves of dioecious nettle. The data obtained can be used in the formation of a dossier for the registration of this product as a new plant growth stimulant.
